My light set will not light up to music on my phones playlist????????? Why???

I bought this rainbow set but I can’t get the lights to play with the music on my phones playlist how come

I put up the Novostella string lights and love them!! They are way better than my Costco string lights. I’m about to install the Novostella flood light!! I have the 6 strand kit.

I bought these in 100' and 50', they are going on a 150' straight run. Can I cut the end off and connect the 50' to the other so I can use one power source

smart life is not the same anymore. It just get to plugs but will now show how to change time. I think they had an update and they cant get the all way to change time back on

How to start music mode on a group of lights? If I do this on one light, it works. If I switch to music mode on another light the first light remains static. I also tried to create a scene to switch all lights to music mode but then all lights keep in static mode. Thanks in advance for help

Would this work well for Christmas or Halloween lights? Also, do they have preset settings on the app for either of those two holidays?

Thank you, we had ours for a while just using them as white lights, we just paired these and connected to the app in a few minutes.

What's the point of even showing the phone if it's too blurry to read what's being done?! I've had these lights for a year now and still can't get them to set up with the smart life app. What a waste.

That was a fun day! Who doesn't love playing with water and electricity lol. Thanks for making a quality product that takes a page from the Energizer Bunny....it just keeps going and going and going.

Is it possible to connect the lumbs to a smartphone hot spot for control or a wireless access point directly connected to a pc with a windows program for control I dont want to get a router Just for that

Why IR? Now a person has to get up and walk to turn them on when wireless would allow you to turn them on from anywhere nearby like say your easychair, or desk, or patio, or pool. Get it?

I'm about to review this light myself and want to say thankyou for all of the innovation you put into your products. I've been ecstatic with each light that I've used. This light is so beyond anything I've seen with what I call 'rainbow shadows' effect that I'm sure we'll see it all over soon :)
